Settings: Click this button to open the CAD Settings dialog.

Elevation: Set the desired elevation of the CAD plan.

To select and reactivate, click the gray border that surrounds the drawing and check Activate 2D.

Activate 2D: Deactivating the 2D removes the ability to snap to or select lines in the CAD plan in the 2D view.

You can still move components that you have placed in the drawing area.

Lock Position: Selecting this checkbox locks the CAD plan's position in the drawing area and prevents moving the drawing by mistake.

After you have imported a CAD file, you can select the drawing in the 2D view which will display a green quick properties box with the following options:
